MAD2015
It is an exciting time for The Faculty of Arts this term. Balgowlah Boys Campus' annual performing arts concert series MAD2015is being held on Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 August. MAD2015 (Music, Art, Drama and Dance) will showcase the diverse musical, dramatic and artistic talents of this Northern Beaches comprehensive high school. The evenings will commence with the Art Exhibition at 5pm followed by theMAD Concert at 7pm. The Art Exhibition will be held in our school Library and the Concert will be held in our school auditorium.
We are very excited about many highlights of the evening which will include choral and orchestral performance by more than 250 students of three movements from Requiem Mass in D minor (Rex Tremendae, Dies Irae and Lacrimosa) by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Dragonborn by Jeremy Soule, We Built This City by Taupin, Page, Lambert and Wolf, I Love Rock ‘n' Roll by Merrill and Hooker and many more... The whole school has been working extremely hard to achieve the performance of these spectacular and ambitious works.
